Prepare to bask in the magnificence !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
Let’s start off with good qualities first. Immediately you’re drawn to the intimidating Monster Energy looking deal on the drivers side headlight.
The owner was also careful to make sure you could tell that it was the V6 model from the side by festooning the front fender with a 3.7 badge.
Don’t worry, if that wasn’t enough 3.7 badging, there is an illegible sticker on the back. While I can’t make out what it says, I know it references the 3.7.
Additionally, I would like to point out that the, per the seller:
Also black stripe down removed.
Which means that he was motivated enough to remove the black stripe, but not motivated enough to take more pictures. Well, apart from this photo shoot with a Celica:
Looks like I’m going to have to sell the 3 and get this, it’s just too amazing to walk away.
See, there are no dead hookers in here.

the Celica pics make them look like they are dating teens posting on their intagram

honestly it isn’t too tasteless. and the 3.7 S197 was a solid ~5 second 0-60 car, way better than the previous one with the 4.0 boat anchor.
though the deal breaker for me would be the straight pipes. straight pipes are obnoxious as it is, a straight piped V6 would just sound like shit.

Notice that Celica’s Ohio temp tag?
I’m willing to bet this is the professionally resprayed horrific-green V6 that a local buy-here pay-here lot was having trouble unloading for a VERY long time.
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:03 |

It’s a good 3.7 badge
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:06 |

What does that say on the bumper? I see the part where is says “3.7”, but I can’t tell if the rest is Farsi or wha t. Kinda looks like it says “Green[something]3.7”. Greenmenace?
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:07 |

Is that really what a 2014 v6 Mustang is going for?
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:07 |

oh yikes. Straight piped.
I honestly wouldn’t be too against it if the Monster stickers were removed, he already went through the trouble of removing the stripe.

See, there are no dead hookers in here.
A car with no complimentary dead hookers? What have we come to?

I recently saw one of these (50th anniversary)
:

For sale, with a manual trans, I quite like the off-white look of it!

I’m pretty sure that it’s a factory color.

official vehicle of the automotive neckbeard

I can’t tell what it says.
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:11 |

It’s what he’s asking for it, no idea what it’s actually worth.

am i the only that really doesnt mind the monster slash? I actually kinda dig it.
but only if its on one side.
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:13 |

I, personally, am not a fan.
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:13 |

Buy it, give me the 3.
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:14 |

if it says Green Menace I would think that is an accurate description of a straight piped V6 annoying as hell but not really a threat.
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:15 |

All together now...
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:17 |

But why
male models
a Celica!?
Is that just the car they had easiest access to that would make the green mushy-stang look cooler when taking pics? Probably.
Lame.

It’s a lowered neon green V6 Mustang with a Monster energy drink logo sticker, straight pipes, and illegible stickers for the idiot owner’s bad Instagram account. I struggle to imagine anything more tasteless.
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:18 |

Oh I just realized it’s an Instagram thing. Go figure.

Also I am not quite sure but it might be a crime to use Chinese Take-Out style lettering on a Mustang.

That would be my guess.

Good detective work.

Well, it’s no Nissan Versa, but it’s not bad.

I actually like the ‘13-14 V6 mustangs, especially if they have the madness pack. And I’m a sucker for Gotta Have It Green (or any green, really). If this one wasn’t “enhanced” with questionable aftermarket bits, it might be pretty cool.
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:28 |

Barely even worth half the price the seller’s listing for it, and that’s only if it hasn’t been run hard.
Which it has been.
![]() 11/16/2018 at 14:46 |

It is, yes.
https://lmr.com/products/2014-mustang-colors-codes
The reason I mention professional respray is because out of morbid curiosity, I looked at the local one in person. The entire front had been resprayed, probably due to aluminum hood corrosion. (It’s a known thing with these.) The paintwork was very good , but the masking left something to be desired, which was how I could tell.
If it’s the same one, there’s orange peel on the inner fender edge, some minor dotting on the strut brace and firewall gap plastic, and a fair bit of overspray on the hood release latch.

How many lights are on your bike?
![]() 11/16/2018 at 15:02 |

The 3.7 is like 305 HP so obamanotbad.jpeg. This is however not a $15k car.

the stock # minus 1. no plate light O.O

Thought there was a lot of red neons on one? Old bike?
Either way, be better than the monster slash, you are better than the monster slash.

worth is around 2 dead pedestrians from a crowd

I’m just going to go ahead and admit that i kind of like that generation of celica.
Yes its ugly. Drive a GT-S though, they’re actually pretty fantastic for what they are.
![]() 11/16/2018 at 16:38 |

ebay had a lot of LED strips on it yes.
I miss that bike. it was a great bike.
![]() 11/16/2018 at 17:01 |
|
The GT-S was indeed fantastic. I was moreso mocking the fact that they needed to find a shitty base-model Celica to take pictures with in order to make that Mustang look cool.
As in, it’s so terrible, it won’t even look cool if it’s the only car in the pictures.
Or, someone
really
likes their shitty base-model Celica.

My guess would be it’s his partner’s car and they did one of those “couple’s cars” photoshoots

Okay, worst combo up for sale - DCT plus boat anchor, I mean convertible. Place your bets! Pretty l ow mileage, so I’ll say $23 k.

![]() 11/17/2018 at 07:31 |

I’d say that’s about right, these can be tricky ones to price. I will say that the DCT on BAT usually hurts the value.
![]() 11/26/2018 at 09:36 |
|
20,777 final price, guess the DCT/vert combo really hurt it.
![]() 11/26/2018 at 10:16 |

Knew it.
E9 0 manual > E92 manual > E90 DCT > E92 DCT > E93 manual > E93 DCT

Yup, that seems to be the trend, apart from some special editions, like the limerock.

Wish this one would have sold for a little more, but the ‘08s will always sell for less than the ‘09-’11s, I guess, and it did have a minor accident report.

This one was pretty perfect, and got a ton more :
